Greg Payne has been a mortgage loan officer since 2016. In that time, he’s helped well over one hundred families realize their dream of homeownership. Prior to re-entering the mortgage business, Greg was a successful high school baseball coach winning a state title at McCallie in 2014.
Greg graduated from Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School in 1986. From there, he signed a baseball scholarship to play at Shorter College where he graduated magna cum laude in 1990. During his time at Shorter, Greg was named All-Conference three times and All-District twice.
Greg worked as a loan officer at Community Federal Savings Bank, AmSouth and Northwest Georgia Bank in the 1990s. There he did mortgage loans, consumer loans and managed some of the daily bank operations.
Greg has been married to Tiaa for 26 years and they have two children, Tyler (23) and Lyndsay (21).
Originally from Atlanta, Rebecca has called Chattanooga her home for the last twenty years.
She began her career in retail banking, working for twelve years with Bank of America, Suntrust Bank, and Regions Bank until moving over to the mortgage business. Rebecca has worked for the last eight years as a Loan Officer Assistant, a Closing Agent, and a Mortgage Shipper.
Tammy is an Approval Specialist | Loan Assistant who helps Loan Officers with all aspects of the loan process. She strives to deliver stellar customer service and genuine excitement to help clients fulfill their goal of owning a home.
Tammy processes loan applications and works with Greg educating clients through the process of the plethora of forms needed to complete a loan file.
Tammy has been in the real estate business for over fifteen years working in the commercial real estate sector. While in this role, Tammy handled mall and lifestyle center leasing and sponsorship and branding contracts for shopping centers.
Born in Michigan, but she considers Baton Rouge, LA home. She enjoys reading, traveling, food (who doesn’t enjoy food??) and finding hidden treasures at thrift stores. She has performed volunteer work for Big Brothers/Big Sisters and served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for the Juvenile Court System giving a voice to children who would otherwise be unheard.
